• Conceptual design submissions using 3D visualisation

Submissions & Approvals:

• Prepare detailed working drawings together with structural calculations where applicable based on final client specifications.
• Submit drawings, risk assessment and method statements for approval from show organisers and amend if required.

Appoint & Procure:

• On approval from organisers appoint main exhibition contractor and agree extent and timetable of works
• Prepare detailed drawings for on-site electrical and telecoms contractors. Agree extent and timetable of works
• Appoint flooring contractor to supply and fit all floor coverings
• Appoint Plasma Screen Hire Company
• Appoint specialist lighting and AV Company to supply, programme and install central feature components.
• Appoint graphics house
• Appoint contractor for the supply of furniture
• Source supplier of electric pre-programmable cash registers
• Source and procure plastic pearls for display units
• Hire CD player
• Organise the hire of ground coffee machine and buy in coffee etc. for 600 guests

Overall Management:

• On going meeting and visits with all parties concerned to check and oversee progress, quality and anticipate any future problems.

On-site Service:

• On-Site management and co-ordination of all parties in order to implement a successful and safe exhibition stand build.
