From time to time you may have a problem with your website. In the perfect world this would, of course, never happen. Back in the real world we thought it best to have a really good procedure and mechanism in place to make the reporting and actioning of any support issue as quick and painless as possible.
Rather than e-mailing or phoning we encourage all our clients to register with ZenDesk as this is our fully-manned help desk with first, second and even third line support.
Every issue received is logged immediately and assigned with a unique reference number; which you get acknowledgement of. Whilst you may have an individual support agreement that clearly sets out what you can expect of us; rest assured we strive to individually answer, fix or offer a diagnosis, of issues for all clients on the same day.
